All of our jewelry is made with quality materials and is meant to remain beautiful and withstand normal child's play throughout the years. However, as with toys, the better you take care of the jewelry, the better it will look over time. Here are some tips to keep your jewelry in the best condition possible to maintain its beauty:
- Never wear sterling silver jewelry in the pool or hot tub. Due to chemicals in the water, exposure to pool water can tarnish or damage sterling silver and may weaken the stainless steel wire with which the jewelry is strung.
- To clean, use a small amount of mild detergent (like dish soap) and warm water.
- To remove severe tarnish, use dry sterling silver polishing cloths to gently wipe the sterling beads. NEVER drop bracelets in liquid sterling silver cleaner.
- Store jewelry in an airtight environment when not wearing.
